WAYS TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

1. Be a proactive partner :

Relationships are about handling issues as they happen. Nothing is perfect but you make it happen through facing the challenges that come with it as they occur rather than waiting until after it has happened. Be proactive to keep your relationship healthy and afloat.

 

 

 

2. Be a team player:

Healthy relationship do not just happen out of nowhere, they involve a team of persons whether two partners, family members or even between friends. So for a relationship to happen you should great part of the whole. Be an active team player, engage an always be ready to give solutions whenever need arises.

 

3. Be accommodating:

People and infact those who are close to us, tend to be having quite different behaviors and oftentimes they my be irritating and not nice to accomodate. Factually, a healthy relationship needs accommodating of such kind of people. We are not all the same and we should give people a chance to be and give them time to adapt or atleast change in the relationship.Also remember not to tolerate intentional bad behaviors.

4. Be an example:

Relationship is about more more than being together, it involves also being an exemplary partner in the relationship. It doesn't matter who you are in the relationship, be a role model and give a positive influence to the other members or partner in the relationship. Showcase the full qualities of a beautiful and healthy relationship and within no time they will learn it. 

5. Be open-minded:

Generation of ideas is paramount to keep a relationship going and healthy. Toxic relationship is pathetic, lack innovation and boring. Spice your relationship with some creativity and relevant activities to bring out the team spirit and give a sense of direction to everyone in the relationship.
