How to prepare Spaghetti Bolognese and it's nutrional value

The rich red sauce combines ground beef,carrots,celery,onion, tomatoes,with a touch of milk for added creaminess.This sauce is slow simmered and delicious served over any favorite pasta

        Ingredients

*Olive oil.........1 table spoon

*Choped bacon

* 2 Chopped Onions

* 2 Chopped Carrots

* 2 Chopped celery sticks

* 2 Chopped garlic cloves

*Minced beef

* Chopped basil leaves

* 1 tsp dried oregano

* 2 bay leaves

* 2 tbsp Tomatoe paste

* 1 red chili pepper, chopped

* 125ml red wine

* 6 Tomatoes,sliced into half

*Spaghetti/pasta

      Method of cooking

. Add spaghetti into a pot almost filled with water. Add salt to the spaghetti

. Allow boil for fifteen mins or until the spaghetti softens.Drain the water from the pot  and set aside

. Heat the oil in a pot and add bacon and fry until it turns golden

 . Reduce the heat and then add the carrots , celery sticks, onion, garlic cloves.Fry the vegetables for 10mins,then add the minced beef an cook Until it turns brown. 

.Add the tomato paste ,the bay leaves, tomatoes,the chopped red chili pepper and red wine

. Stir with a spatula.cook for an hour 15mins stirring occasionally, until you get a rich a thick sauce.The Bolognese sauce is ready,serve with spaghetti.
