HOW TO PREPARED AFANG SOUP, (Nigeria delicacy, Calabar most valuable food💪)

Calabar is located in Cross River Nigeria, an Ibibio speaking tribe, it's a place where you wish to visit again when visit once, home of good and natural foods, home of enjoyment, 

So today, I'm bringing to you one of the most delicious and valuable soup the Calabar call (AFANG SOUP)

Here we go.....

Recipes....👇

1. Okazi leaf (Afang leaf)

2. Water leaf 

3. Crayfish,

4. Stockfish,

5. Dry fish,

6. Kpomo 

7. Beef , shaki 

8. Red oil

9. Seasoning (maggi, salt and pepper)

Hmmm🤔,  guess what's not in the list ......👇

10. Periwinkle.

Preparation....

Wash your meat(beef), shaki, stockfish, kpomo, dry fish inside pot, add your seasoning, salt, onion, and parboil it for 10minutes, add half cup of water, cover it to boil for another 15minutes, add your already slice and wash water, crayfish, red oil turn it to mix, cover it for some minutes, add your periwinkle, and lastly your Okazi leaf (Afang leaf), allow to boil for 5minutes,  and.,........... Your Afang soup is ready,

One thing about this soup is that it goes with any swallow, but for me oo, I will and always go with fufu.
