HOW TO PRODUCTS HOME MADE COCONUT OIL

Ingredients. Coconut Warm distilled water. Steps in the preparation of coconut oil. Step a.

Break open the coconut with a blunt object and separate the meat from the shell.

 

 

Step b.

Cut the coconut meat into pieces with a knife or crush the coconut meat with a scraper.

Step c.

Blend the coconut pieces into a smooth paste with warm water using a high-quality blender.

 

 

Step d.

Carefully pour the blended ingredient (coconut) into a strainer to separate the coconut milk from the straw.

Step f.

Pour the coconut milk into a clean container, then cover and refrigerate for twelve hours, this will cause the coconut oil to cake and separate from the water.

Step g.

Place the hardened white coconut oil in an empty, dry stainless steel pot and place over medium heat.

Step h

Stir frequently until the oil begins to separate from the residue. Remove from heat and extract the oil after thirty minutes. Your coconut oil is ready!
