As the country of Kenya enters another week of anti-government protests facilitated by the opposition coalitions, Kenyans from across the globe continue to give their opinion regarding the state of security and the economy. The opposition has announced a nationwide protest today, Tuesday, after a bipartisan team made the two parties, the government and the opposition, hit the rocks.
A former member of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Dr. Roselyn Kwamboka Akombe, has sent a stern warning to the former head of state, Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, and his accomplice, Dr. Ruto, for profiling themselves as peacemakers when they have failed to manage protests in their own country, Kenya. Taking to her verified Twitter account this morning, the US-based ex-commissioner mocked the two for being ironic when they received diplomatic awards for being peacemakers in neighboring states.

Akombe's statement projects the tough words given by William Ruto concerning the security dealing with anti-government protests. The same issue touches the former president, who is alleged to have supported riots as the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance chairperson.
