1. Negotiation skills: This is simply being able to understand someone in order to Favour everyone
 
2. Refusal skill: This is a way to say "No" and mean it without being swayed by pressure or certain circumstances.
 
3. Assertive skills: knowing when to say "No" and when to say "Yes" and stand on it.

      Leadership skills
     Who is a leader? A leader is a person who guides a group of people to achieve a goal. Some people are born with Leadership skills while some develop it in the long run. All is centered at being able to achieve a goal as a team leader, director, class representative while carrying everyone along.
       Leadership is a post or office that directs a particular group of people.
 
    Types of leaders
1. Charismatic leader:Someone       who tells his followers what to do and they obey without stress.
 
2. Situational leader: A person who became a leader to help set things in other for a little while because of his experience about the situation at hand.
 
3. Appointment leader: A person appointed or elected by a group of persons to head and guide them.
 
4. Functional leader
