Loneliness and depression are synonymous to each other. 

 

Loneliness/depression come as a result of emptiness of heart and mind. Deal with it.

 

Some people feel lonely and depressed, because they have not mastered themselves properly. Study and know yourself and what keeps you going and happy. 

 

When there's vacuum in your heart and there's nothing positive to fill it, loneliness and depression set in.

 

Study and understand yourself and what makes you happy, fulfilled, sad, depressed etc. Once you understand yourself and know what causes your loneliness and depression, then you are half way to get the solution. 

 

Loneliness can lead to very grievous outcome. That is the more reason why you should tackle it seriously, by all means possible.

 

 

SOME CAUSES OF LONELINESS/DEPRESSION.

 

1. LACK OF SATISFACTION WITH ONESELF.

 

2. LACK OF SELF LOVE.

 

3. LACK OF PURPOSE/PURSUIT.

 

4. INACTIVITY ON ONE'S PART.

 

5. BEING UNFRIENDLY WITH PEOPLE.

 

6. . PEOPLE'S NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR AND SPEECHES TOWARDS YOU.

 

7. BEING TALKED DOWN OR LOOKED DOWN ON.

 

8. UNFRIENDLY/HOSTILE PEOPLE.

 

9. FEELING UNWANTED OR UNLOVED. 

 

10. FEELING OF HELPLESSNESS AND HOPELESSNESS.

 

 

ALL THESE AND MORE CAN MAKE SOME PEOPLE TO BECOME LONELY AND DEPRESSED.

 

 

HOW TO TACKLE LONELINESS AND DEPRESSION.

 

1. BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.

 

 2. LOVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS GENUINELY. 

 

3. BUILD CAPACITY. TRAIN YOURSELF TO BE VERY GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO. 

 

4. BUILD INNER STRENGTH.

 

5. HAVE STRONG SHOCK ABSORBERS

 

6. GET YOURSELF BUSY, DOING WHAT YOU LOVE.

 

7. BE FRIENDLY WITH PEOPLE.

 

8. PURSUE YOUR GOALS AND AMBITIONS TIRELESSLY.

 

9. TAKE OUT TIME TO REST/SLEEP.

 

10. EAT GOOD FOOD (BALANCED DIET).

 

11. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AT INTERVALS

 

 12. IGNORE NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND THEIR DOINGS. 

 

13. MINGLE WITH PEOPLE WHO BRING OUT THE BEST IN YOU.

 

14. DO NOT BE TOO DESPERATE FOR FRIENDSHIP.

 

15. LEND A HELPING HAND TO PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP. 

 

16. DO PUBLIC SERVICE, WILLINGLY AND HEARTILY

 

17. CREATE LEISURE TIMES TO PLAY AND LAUGH.

 

HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE  CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY ALWAYS AND KEEP MAKING PROGRESS. 

 

ENJOY WHAT YOU DO AND GET FULFILMENT FROM THEM.
