No-Bake Buko Pandan Salad. 

Ingredients 

1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (15 oz) table cream

1 pack (5.5 oz) unflavored green gelatin 

1 cup shredded buko (young coconut)

1 jar (12 oz) kaong (palm fruit), drained

1 jar (12 oz) nata de coco (coconut gel), drained

Instructions 

Prepare gelatin: Follow the package directions to prepare the green gelatin. Cut into cubes once set and chill.

Mix cream: In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and table cream, mixing thoroughly until smooth.

Combine: Gently fold in the cubed green gelatin, shredded coconut, kaong, and nata de coco.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until thoroughly chilled and the flavors have melded.

Serve: Serve cold and enjoy!
