Significance of Sleep

It is well known that being deprived of sleep is risking your health, it irregulates the normal glucose and blood pressure levels. 

For the adults, you should be asleep between 10am to 2am and the normal hours of sleep should be 11hours. The kids should be asleep by 9pm and the teenagers by 10pm and they should also make 11 good hours of sleep for their normal functioning of their body parts, not waking up exhausted.

Sleep is an important part of the human life, when you get the normal hours of sleep, the body parts can function well and have a good flow of blood.
