Steps in preparation
Step 1.
Peal and wash your plantain
Step 2
Cut the plantain into your desired shape

Place your oil in a frying pan on a low heat.
Step 4.
Add salt and curry powder, then mix properly
Step 5
Transfer your plantain into the pan and fry both sides until it turns brown.

Add your pepper

Remove from heat
Your fried plantains is ready!
