The cell

Biologists, believe that all living thing are made up of cells. Some organisms that live independently are known as a unicellular or single celled organism, such as the amoeba, paramecium,

euglena etc, all are known as a unicellular organisms while organisms like man, gorilla, etc are multicellular organisms because they have more than one cell.

Basically, a cell is the structural and functional unit of life that can exist independently.

Also, the study of cell is known as cytology. We have two major types of cells namely the plant and animal cell.

Cell is composed of cytoplasm and nucleus and together they are called proroplasm.

The proroplasm is the organized complex material of which living cells are made. All features of living things are possessed by the proroplasm. Thanks for reading.
