The consumption of water helps to protect the body tissues,spinal cords and joint. It aslo helps human in doing some physical activities and lessen the contact of some diseases like arthritis.

The consumption of water helps to fight infections and diseases in the body. Disease like, hypertension, constipation and kidney stones can be prevented with proper and adequate consumption of water.

The consumption of enough water helps to boost energy in the body. Its recommended to drink at least five litres of water daily.

 The consumption of clean and safe water helps to improve blood oxygen circulation. This is because water carries helpful nutrients and oxygen which helps to grow the body system.
