The rule of law

This political theory was first propounded by professor A.V Dicey in the year 1885.in his book title introduction to the law of the Constitution. the concept of the rule of law stipulate supremacy of the law. that is irrespective of a person social. religious or economic status the law is supreme and binding on everyone. this concept also emphasis that leaders lead base on the established law on the land.in summary. the rule of law uphold the supremacy of the law and respect of fundamental human rights 

BENEFIT OF THE RULE OF LAW

(1) supremacy of the law: the rule of law ensure the supremacy of the law this means that the lawil is above everyone in the land. it also explain the sovereignty and impartiality of the law 

(2) equality of all citizens : this explain that all individual are equal before the law.the law is not a respecter of person in other words no one is too big for the law
