The Streets of Death

Surviving the Township

In the deep ends of the South African township lives a demon formed by hate, jealousy, competition and betrayal.

The South African black youth has been doomed, for what we believed would be a free country after comdrade Nelson Mandela's release from Robin Island has become a even more painful debt to pay.

It is true what they say "Freedom comes at a price" . This expression is a living term in our Townships and the price is now poverty, unemployment and crime. The black females of the country are the ones carrying this burden the most as they are killed, raped and their children murdered and hanged for their mother's sins.
