Everyone has an angry spirit built in them. We exhibit anger one way or the other in our daily activities. If anyone tells you he or she has never been angry before, they lie. Anger is not a sin but becomes a sin when you allow the sun set on your anger and see yourself doing something you will regret.
Steps to control anger
1. Forgiveness: We need to learn how to forgive people that wronged us. When you forgive it resists the spirit of anger.
2. Walk away: When you are having an argument with someone that wants to trigger anger in you, stop the argument and work away.
3. Ignore some chat: You may be having some chat with your friends or loved ones and you perceive that it wants to lead to something that will get you upset and react in an angry manner, ignore that chapter and try to bring up something amusing that both of you will laugh over.
4. Try not to find out unpleasant truth from people as this may put you in an angry state or mood.
5. Try not to be tensed so as to avoid your blood pressure from increasing.
6. Try as much as possible to be around people that make you happy
7. Watch movies that arouses laughter because it prevents you from aging fast. Someone who always frowns ages fast.
