4 Easy Ways To Make Money Offline
No technical knowledge is required, there is no SEO work, and no setting up of auto-responders!
My students frequently ask me about the various services they can provide to offline local companies that DO NOT require traditional SEO services or setting up auto-responders (the "Cash Cow" Method), so I decided to write this report in response.
The purpose of this book is to provide you with a "out of the box" viewpoint on how to charge nearby offline businesses for basic "Internet Marketing" services, but not for SEO or setting up auto-responders.
I've done a number of different Internet marketing services successfully for offline firms.
Here are the 4 "Simple Methods" that you can use to make easy money from local offline businesses.
Simple Method #1:
Offering article marketing services to a local business is one straightforward thing you can do. You can explain to them the advantages of article marketing, including the potential traffic and leads it could bring to their website as well as the SEO advantages of having backlinks from articles.
The internet pay for article writers can range from $1.50 to $17+ each piece, although most freelancers make an average of $3 to $7 per piece.
However, you can charge a LOT when you provide article marketing for offline businesses (to promote their company and/or their website). Offline businesses have paid me $25 to $50 per article, and they are pleased with the outcomes. Plus, once you explain how article marketing actually functions, the majority of companies will want you to create 10–20 articles each month for them. You can always hire an online freelancer who creates high-quality work if you can't write an article to save your life. Heck, you'd still make a tidy profit even if you only paid a freelancer $10 every post!
Simple Method #2:
Offering Myspace/Facebook page design services is the second way to quickly generate income from offline businesses. Nowadays, EVERY well-known company has a Facebook or Myspace profile, which is a tremendous feature for this service.
After you've outlined the advantages of social networking, developing Although many companies may already have one or know how to set one up, many won't. You need to track down these people and then offer to make one for them.
Some businesses might have a Facebook page but not a Myspace one, or the other way around. You can be required by some companies to "pimp" their Myspace page.
Setting up a Myspace or Facebook profile for a local offline business can easily cost $50 to $100. How many do you think you could do in a week?
Plus, it should only take an hour at most (more like 15 minutes!) to set up one of these pages for your client, so the labor involved is not difficult at all, therefore $100 is worth it.
By all means, increase your prices if you can and feel that it is right.
Simple Method #3:
This strategy requires a tiny bit extra labor, but not tremendously. Many companies would greatly benefit if the marketing effort were featured on Craigslist occasionally or perhaps every day.
Craigslist gets over 10 million visitors a day! This can obviously be a great selling point for this service. Once a business owner hears that and confirm it (if they need to), you will be able to charge them for this service with no problem
You can group various choices together, including . "5 Craigslist Ads Per Week for $XX" or "One month of Craigslist advertising
For offline businesses, I believe $10 per advertisement is reasonable (especially given how much more they spend the Yellow Pages and other advertising agencies!). If you work for them five days a week, that works up to $50 per week, or $200 per month from just one client. Craigslist posting shouldn't be too challenging and should only take a few minutes.
Simple Method #4:
Last but not least, we'll talk about a strategy that helps some people make a LOT of money! I know a man who oversees the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing campaign for a well-known security firm and who earns a sizable salary. We're discussing five figures every month.
Naturally, we aren't pursuing it just yet! However, putting up a company's PPC campaign offers plenty of opportunities for quick money. Many of you who are reading this have probably already experimented with PPC advertising. All you need to do, if you haven't already, is create a free account at http://www.Adwords.Google.com and set up a beginning campaign with a very low budget. My recommendation is $5 to $10 each day. You can enter the primary keywords that your client's business wants to target by utilizing the FREE keyword tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal (for example: "Tuxedo Rentals in Las Vegas"). The keyword tool will bring up related keyword phrases and
show you the monthly search volume for each term or phrase. Additionally, it will display the level of advertiser competition for each keyword!
Naturally, you'll want to choose terms with a respectable search volume. Many keyword ideas are available while you are setting up a PPC account in Google Adwords.
You will not be the one to maintain and manage their PPC campaign unless you know what you're doing and/or have previous experience with this type of work.
What you can do, though, is explain PPC advertising to them and ask if they'd be willing to give it a try. After all, there are ways to swiftly rank at the top of Google for specific phrases. Advertising is the most significant cost for any business, and in my experience, the majority of business owners are eager to try PPC advertising. The Yellow Pages' Google-style listing costs $2,000 per month! This will be significantly more economical for your client if they wish to target regional key terms.
You can charge anywhere from $100 to $500 or more to set up their PPC campaign, based on your level of expertise, your skill at conducting keyword research, and the price you feel comfortable charging. The transaction is fair and a win-win circumstance for both parties as long as you are willing to perform the work for X amount of money and your client is willing to pay X amount of money.
Combining All 4 Steps:
You can also come up with a package that includes ALL 4 of the "simple methods" described above. It would look something like this:
-Article Marketing
-Myspace/Facebook Creation
- Craigslist Advertising -Setup PPC Campaign
This whole package combined could be worth a nice chunk of change. You can charge $500 or more for this package easily. The labor involved, plus the potential results are worth every penny to the business owner and for you -- Well I'm sure you'd be happy as well!
Once more, the purpose of this book is to provide you with a "out of the box" viewpoint on how to charge nearby offline businesses for basic "Internet Marketing" services, but not for SEO or setting up auto-responders.
I hope you enjoyed it!
I wish you the very best in your offline endeavors.
