5 Habits that drain your energy.

 

1. Not drinking enough water:

 

Do you regularly feel the need of energy, like always exhausted and you wonder why? Then it might be a sign that you are dehydrated, not drinking enough water can cause you to lack energy.

 

Always drink water, even when you are not thirsty, it helps your blood to circulate properly.

2. Being cooped up inside:     

 

    Staying indoors for too long can cause you to feel exhausted,cut down on the time you spend inside the house. Your body needs fresh air, sunlight and movements. Learn to take a walk and exercise your body.

3. Poor Diet:                                 

 

 Eating too much, eating too little or eating the wrong things can lead to loss of energy. Stop consuming a lot of carbonated drinks,foods with too much calories and diet on natural foods, vegetables and nuts and your body will thank you for that.

 

 

4. Bad posture:                       

 

     When you sit,stand or walk in the wrong posture you are likely to be exhausted because you overburden your body with the wrong load. Your body will need extra energy to carry the load the way you placed it. So, mind the way you place your body.

 

 

5. Sitting too much, moving too little:                                                   

 

If you don't move your body regularly it will lack the energy it needs to do work, thereby leave you tired.Next time when you feel exhausted, try and take a walk and get some fresh air.
