Proper Meal Time

Yeah!!! We all aspire to a healthy long life and we will only have it if we work for it. What we eat matters, likewise when we eat it. Eating at the wrong time can be as dangerous as eating the wrong thing. As we decide to be watchful of the things we consume, it's also advisable that we look into the time we consume these meals. In this article, I will be sharing with you the appropriate time to have your three-square meal.

The Breakfast: When we sleep, we literally starve even though we might not be doing any physical work that will drain our energy, our body is still left with some metabolism to carry out. It's then necessary that we quickly replenish our body in order to be able to carry out our daily routine. So the most appropriate time to have your breakfast is between the first 2 hours of waking up. By doing so you give your body the opportunity to have enough energy for the day.

The Lunch: During lunch time we are always busy with our daily routine but it's still necessary that we stick to the appropriate time to have lunch because it's only by doing so that we can refill our body. The most appropriate time to have your lunch is 5-6 hours after breakfast that's, between the hours of 1-2pm. If you neglect this rule you might notice that your body will not be so filled with energy to carry out your physical activities.

Dinner: Because of the fact that dinner time is also our resting (sleeping)time, and we are not expected to overload our body with burden and then go and sleep, it's best we take our dinner 4 hours before going to bed. By doing this the body has the opportunity to conclude the first digestion before we retire for the day.

If we stick to these helpful rules we definitely will see positive changes. And note this:Don't eat when you are hungry, eat when you should eat. You are not supposed to be hungry before you eat, it's maltreatment to the body.
