Chocolate mug cake.
Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: a few chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until there are no clumps.
Add wet ingredients: Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Add chocolate chips: If desired, stir in a few chocolate chips.
Microwave: Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 60–90 seconds. Be careful not to overcook it, as the cake will become dry.
Cool and serve: Let it cool for a minute before eating.
