Most job seekers especially fresh graduates, do not understand the current trends and factors that affect the fate of applicants in a job selection process, as a result , they fail to maximize the opportunities that could land them their dream job.
Human resources employers are very selective, they need the best candidate for any position and cannot afford to recruit persons that are not up to standards , thats why employers accept multiple applications and resumes even when there are very few vacancies
The understanding of this principle of selectivity utilized by employers would create a sense of commitment on the part of job seekers to thoroughly prepare throughout the job selection process , bearing in mind that only the best of the best gets the job
