Four possible reasons why you can't get pregnant.

After a year of regular sexual activity without the use of contraception, a couple is said to be "suffering from a fertility problem" if they are unable to conceive. If the woman is 35 years old or older, the pair will be deemed to be "suffering from a fertility problem" after six months of regular sexual activity without the use of contraception and failing to become pregnant. Here are a few explanations from "Verywellhealth" about why you aren't becoming pregnant.

The woman's age.

The most significant factor affecting a woman's fertility is her age. Because eggs are generated in the ovaries throughout fetal life and cannot be produced again beyond this age, this is the cause. Therefore, the quality of eggs decreases with age.

Fallopian Tube Blockages

irregularities in ovulation.

A regular menstrual cycle is required to become pregnant, during which an egg is discharged from the ovary. So, a variety of hormonal conditions that interfere with ovulation can impact fertility. The polycystic ovary syndrome and early ovarian failure are two examples of such conditions.

cervical issues

These are issues that hinder the cervix's capacity to create the mucus required for conception or that result in a blockage of the neck that prevents sperm from reaching the uterus.
