He or she must be born again

The need for every man or woman to give his/her lif to Christ is very much important. The wisdom to govern only comes from God.no man or woman can do anything perfectly except by the spirit of God. This spirit can never lead an ordinary man or woman right except the man or woman have a personal relationship with him (The spirit of God).for someone to be a responsible or woman. It means such one has been born again and accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and personal saviour. This also means that right from that day such man and woman is no more in control of his life. All he does is being controlled by his personal friend Jesus Christ and the holy spirit. This is the reason.a man like Nicodemus went to Jesus by night to enquire of what he must do to inherit eternal life.John 3 vs 1-3
