How social media has taken over Relationship

Over the years social media has taken over the time we spend with our loved ones is so little.that is because we are glued to the screen I am not saying social media is bad.but these days we have little time for our loved ones because we are keeping track of what is happening, in our social media accounts we want to keep up with the trends and create content,these days everything we do we are doing it for content.we post about everything.the percentage of people who are constantly on the social is 90 meaning everything these days is on the social media.in our homes we have little time to engage in conversation because all the time we are glued to our screens we have little time to play with our kids.it is my opinion I might be wrong but everything is happening in social media these days.
