HOW TO ACHIEVE GOOD SOUND IN MUSIC/SINGING.
 
 Good musicd just happen. It requires a lot of hard work, effort, time, passion, dedication, consistency and drive to achieve. 
 
You can't have a lazyish attitude and expect to be a great singer. You have to dedicate your time, energy, passion and be consistent in practicing your skills.
 
There are many things involved in making your music come out great. 
 
It ranges from having a good sound system. 
 
Using an expert sound engineer to handle your sound equipment.
 
Working with good musicians (instrumentalists and vocalists). 
 
Getting a good venue to display your music act (art).
 
Dedicating time for rehearsals and so on, all these add up to make for a great music or musician. 
 
As A singer, a member of a music group, band or choir, the following are factors to consider in order to achieve good music or come out great in music.
 
1. A GOOD SOUND  SYSTEM (EQUIPMENT)
Get a good sound system (equipment) or upgrade the ones on ground, if there are any. It is very important to have a good sound system before a music performance. The sound production from your sound system, will determine the result of or the output of your music and how well you perform.
A poor sound system can greatly affect your performance or that of your fellow musicians, whether you are a group, a band or a choir. A poor sound system can interfere and affect your music production. Get professional hands to handle your sound system/equipment. The importance of sound clarity and quality cannot be overemphasized, cause it goes a long way to affect your performance as a singer or musician. Good sound equipment like dynamic microphones, good speakers, stage monitors/feedback speakers, woofers, combos, twitters etc. All these must be in good working order and handled by professionals to get a wonderful music.
 
2. SOUND CLARITY (QUALITY)
Clarity of sound has to do with how clear the sound comes out in a piece of music. The sound from vocalists (singers), microphones, speakers, stage monitors and  musical instruments.  All combine to make for good music output.
 
3. A GOOD SOUND ENGINEER
A sound engineer is one who knows the technicality of sound equipment and how to connect (use) them to produce quality sound. Your sound engineer must be an expert in handling your sound equipment/system. If not, it can hamper the music output of your music group or department. Get a good sound engineer. An expert who has what it takes and who knows what to do, to set up your sound system for a good sound (music) production.
Make sure to let your sound engineer test run your sound system, before using them to perform on stage.
Let the sound engineer test the quality and output of your sound by asking the singers and instrumentalists (musicians) to perform or do short rehearsals to check clarity of sound.
Check and crosscheck your sound production and watch out for clutters in order to smoothen and fine tune the sound.
 
4. THE VENUE
A good venue can determine the quality of music production you get. It can actually determine whether your music turns out great or less. Choose a good venue as this can affect the quality of sound you produce. The walls, ceiling and floors of the venue, all contribute to affect the sound production of your sound equipment and musical instruments.
It doesn't matter how equipped you are, once the venue is wrong, the sound production will be wrong and it will affect your music output.
 
5. GOOD INSTRUMENTALISTS AND MUSICIANS (PLAYERS OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS)
These are group of people who play musical instruments. They will contribute greatly to the quality of your singing (music). 
 
Without the musicians (instrumentalists), there will be virtually no music. They are the ones to play the musical instruments and produce music sounds. Make sure to hire the best hands around. It will greatly enhance your music output.
 
6.  VOCALISTS AND SINGERS
For those who are into music, especially instrumentalists, they know it is a frustrating thing to work with amateurs or mediicres. Get good singers (vocalists) to backup your music. If possible, teach, train or coach the available ones and raise their standard of singing.
 
7. A GOOD MUSIC CO-ORDINATOR/ORGANIZER
A music co-ordinator is one who knows the rudiments of music. He should be a professional, not necessarily by certification or by attending a music school but by his wealth of experience in music. Either ways, he should know the act of handling a music group. A good music co-ordinator will help you achieve good music or singing by pointing out areas of corrections until you come into excellent.

4. Singing on high pitches beyond your voice range, when rehearsing.
5. Diction and pronunciation.
