Here is a heavy-duty,plentiful and delicious recipe of banana dates smoothie As bananas are known good for heart,vision,work against high blood pressure due to high in potassium and low in sodium,easy to chew and to digest 

 

Ingredients 

1. 2-3 bananas

2. 5-6 dates

3. 6-7 Ice cubes

4. 1/4 teaspoon of stivia.
