ONE SIDE OF MY STORY CHAPTER TWO
I may not understand what you are about and what your quest is right now, but I know that one day that quest shall be fulfilled if you do not let go.
I have been pushed around from pillar to post, trying to find myself. I have spent a life of destitute; living on the streets, filling stations, other people's houses after having lost my mother. All in the name of my unknown origin.
I picture my life as that of a fly... A fly's birth is ghastly; hatch in dark surfaces such as compost, manure, their eggs and other decaying organic material. No one wants a fly near them, and no one wishes to be where a fly originates. Abantu abaniningi baya la ekukhokhona impukane umabexinekile. (Most people rush to where a fly resides when they have no other alternative.) A fly could blame the same people who hate it; that,
"I'm here because of you. You may despise me, but I am the result of your deeds. I am who I am because of your filth. Being here was not my choice; to be in such disadvantage, I do not have time for shifting blames to you. I may be deserted by all humankind as if I placed you. I may be deserted by all humankind as if I placed to the unpleasant smell from which I originate and reside.
Anyway, I appreciate the wings God has given me... perhaps the reason why I have them is so that I may escape this unpleasant and filthy environment of mine. I will fly away; I would rather die inside an orange juice than dying where I originate."
THANK GOD FOR MY WINGS!
