Why consume orange: healing properties and nutritional contributions

The orange is well known for its high content of Vitamin C, but, in addition to the vitamin, it has many more beneficial properties for our body. This fruit is very beneficial for cardiovascular diseases, heart disease, inflammation, and cancer prevention.

-Eliminates uric acid and thins the blood: Vitamin C, minerals and other antioxidant components of orange alkalinize the blood. This causes them to remove uric acid from the blood and thin it.

-Stops inflammation: The large amount of hesperidin that oranges contain helps to stop inflammation in the body.
