Easy 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge.

Detail Information:

| Prep Time | 5 minutes |

| Chill Time | 2 hours (minimum) |

| Yields | About 16-20 small pieces |

Ingredients

 * 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

 * 1 cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners' Sugar)

 * 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) Butter, softened

Simple Steps

 * Prep Pan: Line an 8 \times 4 or 8 \times 8 inch loaf pan or small square dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on the sides. This will make it easy to lift the fudge out later.

 * Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter.

 * Mix: Use a spoon or rubber spatula to mix the ingredients. Stir vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and uniform. It should resemble a soft dough.

 * Press into Pan: Scrape the mixture into your prepared pan. Use the back of a spoon or spatula to press it down firmly and evenly into all the corners.

 * Chill: Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

 * Cut & Serve: Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Peel away the paper and cut the fudge into small squares. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
