Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) 2022

President Marcos Jr. through Administrative Order 01 of 2022, grants a service recognition incentive to all qualified workers in the Executive Department in an amount not exceeding twenty thousand pesos (20,000). 

Who can receive SRI?

a. Civilian personnel in national government agencies (NGAs), including those in state universities and colleges (SUCs) and government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), occupying regular, contractual, or casual positions and;

b. Military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) under the Department of National Defense, and uniformed personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) under the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Bureau of Corrections under the Department of Justice, the Philippine Coast Guard under the Department of Transportation, and the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Who cannot receive SRI?

Those employees who were found guilty of any administrative and/or criminal cases by final or executory judgment in FY 2022 shall not be entitled to SRI.

In a recent update, the SRI for DepEd personnel in the amount of 15,000 will be released no earlier than December 20, 2022, but not later than January 6, 2023. For our personnel in BJMP, they have received their SRI 2022, amounting to 20,000, last December 23, 2022.
