Mark woke up early and saw his friends Joy, Lami, and Ben waiting outside his house.
“Mark, come out fast,” Joy said. “We saw something very funny on the road.”
Mark walked out and saw a small goat standing near them and staring at everyone.
“Why is the goat here?” Mark asked, confused and surprised at the same time.
The goat suddenly said, “I want food,” and everyone jumped back in fear.
Lami shouted, “A goat just talked. How is this even possible today?”
Ben moved close and said, “Goat, what do you want to eat right now?”
The goat replied, “I want rice and chicken. I am very hungry now.
The Goat Makes Trouble
While they talked, Cynthia, Musa, and Tola joined them and started laughing loudly.
Cynthia said, “This goat talks more than Musa. This is very funny today.”
Musa said, “Please stop. I do not talk as much as this goat at all.”
The goat started walking toward a food seller and everyone followed behind quickly.
The food seller looked at them. “Why are you chasing this goat like that today?”
Ben said, “The goat talks. Please give it food before it gets angry again.”
The seller dropped her spoon and shouted, “No. I will not serve a talking goat.”
The goat replied, “If you do not serve me, I will scream very loud now.”
The Goat Creates More Chaos
The goat suddenly ran inside a shop and pushed a bucket down loudly.
Tola said, “This goat is going to destroy everything here if we do nothing.”
Joy ran inside and shouted, “Goat, come out before the owner comes back here.”
The goat replied, “I will come out only if someone buys me juice right now.”
Musa said, “You are a goat. Why do you even want juice today?”
The goat answered, “Because juice makes my voice sound better when I talk.”
Cynthia started laughing. “This is the funniest day I have had in weeks.”
Mark said, “Let us buy the juice and make it stop talking everywhere.”
The End of the Funny Day
They finally bought the juice and the goat came out of the shop slowly.
Ben said, “Goat, please stop causing trouble. People are watching us too much now.”
The goat drank the juice fast and said, “Thank you. I will now go home.”
Joy asked, “Where is your home? Who owns a talking goat in this town?”
The goat pointed with its head and walked toward the small hill behind town.
Everyone followed until they reached a small old hut near a big tree.
An old man came out. “Thank you for bringing my goat home safely today.”
The man said, “The goat talks only on special days. You saw one today.”
They all laughed. The goat waved its tail and went inside the hut slowly.
The friends walked home, smiling about the strange and very funny day they had.
