As terrorists attack a Kaduna community, the villagers flee. 

Following ongoing terrorist attacks on the community, villagers in Kaduna State's Damari, Birnin-Gwari Local Government, fled in large numbers from their homes on Friday, according to Saturday PUNCH.

According to The PUNCH, terrorists attacked Damari town in Kazaga Ward, Birnin-Gwari LGA, on Monday and Tuesday, resulting in the deaths of three people and the uncontested kidnapping of no less than 13 villagers.

Three weeks ago, a clash in the same neighborhood between some bandits and the Ansaru, a Boko Haram offshoot, claimed the lives of two residents. The number of casualties on the side of the thugs could not be determined.

Let me start by expressing my condolences to the military personnel who tragically lost their lives in recent attacks, particularly in Abuja, as well as to some residents of my constituency who were killed or injured, some of whom are still in the custody of kidnappers in the forest. I believe that the effort to remove Mr. President from office is long overdue.

In a statement he signed and published on his Facebook page, Abe claimed that these ideals had influenced his political philosophy throughout the years. 

Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe has implied that efforts to remove President Muhammadu Buhari from office will inevitably be thwarted by ethnic and religious sentiments.

In 2002, during the first term of Olusegun Obasanjo's presidency, he admitted that ethnic considerations overshadowed the only serious attempt ever made to remove a president of Nigeria from office. 

Ogunlewe, a senior member of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State, contrasted sharply with Mr. Adegoke SAN, another senior member of the party, who claimed that the Muhammadu Buhari administration had utterly failed in its fundamental duty to safeguard lives and property in Nigeria.
