Since memorial, there have been war war war. Look at the time of Napoleon, Alexander the great, Adolf Hitler, Arab war, Ming dynasty expansion; all these wars were fought for peace and tranquility to exist.
In the religion realm, wars had been fought for expansion and existence of peace! Christianity had fought other religions like Islam who had the appetite to spread their doctrine throughout the world.
In the Bible, wars had also been fought since creation up to the time of establishment of the early church.
But if you look at all these, peace was achieved and people could live in harmony and respect! No peace can ever come without war!
