Is GMO foods good for our health?

Now...Kenyan leadership are trying very hard to do what we call self driven motives in the name of feeding hungry Kenyans. It is true science can solve the problem of hunger in this country but if not done well it can cause more harm than satisfy the hunger need. The problem with Kenyan political elite is that whenever they push for something, there is a catch.... It is no doubt that the Kenyan leadership have found a loophole to get rich through this GMO food imports. They are never doing things for the interest of Kenyans but themselves. I'll rather if we are really in need of food and the GMOs can solve this then we ought to be told exactly what we are getting into and be given a choice not being pushed and forced to accept and consume what might be harmful to us as time goes.
