YOUR BLOOD TYPE AND THE FOOD TO EAT, TO BE HEALTHY.

There are certain foods that are designed especially for your blood type, while there are are others that should be avoided to protect your blood type.

They would help you lose or gain weight easily, have more energy, and build your immune system against sicknesses and diseases.

The food you eat, has a far reaching effect and reacts chemically with your blood type.

Lectins have abundance of proteins, which may affect your blood type, if you are of a certain blood type.

Certain food can affect certain blood types in many different ways.

The importance of knowing your blood type and the food or diet that suits it, cannot be overemphasized.

Be aware of your blood type and strive to eat food that agrees with it, to become healthy, lose weight and keep illnesses and diseases far away.

The reason why so many people are sick and susceptible to ill health, sicknesses and diseases are majorly what I'm talking about here.

Below are suggested foods types that you should eat, for your blood type.

LIST OF FOODS YOU SHOULD AVOID/EAT BASED ON YOUR BLOOD GROUP.

Type O

TYPE O blood group should consume foods that are high in protein. They should eat more lean meat, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables. They should avoid grains, beans, and dairy or eat a little bit of them.

FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT:
Salt, red meat, kale, spinach, broccoli, fish, Kelp, seafoods, fruits and vegetables.

FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID: 
Wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, mustard greens beans.

Type A

Blood type A, should consume food free of meat. Foods based on fruits and vegetables, legumes, beans, soy foods, and whole grains are the best for a type A blood group.

This is because blood type A people will do well more on natural diet; to a vegetarian diet and foods that are fresh, pure, and organic.

People with type A are susceptible to heart disease, diabetes and cancer. And so, it is very imperative to take proper care of their immune system. For a healthy well-being.

FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT: 

Vegetables, tofu, seafood, grains, beans, legumes, vegetable oil, soy foods, pineapple.

FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID:

Meat, dairy, kidney beans, lima beans, wheat.

Type B

Type B blood group should eat more of green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.

People with this blood type should especially avoid food items such as corn, wheat, lentils, beans, tomatoes, and peanuts.

People with type B blood group, have strong immunity and a very tolerant digestive system. The blood group have great resistance to severe chronic degenerative diseases, better than people with other blood types.

FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT: 

Meat (except chicken), dairy, grains, beans, legumes, fruit, greens, eggs, venison, tea.

FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID: 

Corn, lentil, peanuts, sesame, wheat, seeds, buckwheat.

Type AB

People who have blood type AB, should feed on tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables.

The avoidance of caffeine, alcohol, and cured meats will help them a great deal. They should eat less of pork meat, chicken and beef.

Blood type AB is the combination of Blood type A and B. They should eat food with the A and B blood type to be healthy.

FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT:

Beans meat, grains, dairy, legumes, vegetables, tofu, seafood, kelp, pineapple.

FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID:

Kidney beans, red meat, lima beans, seeds, corn, buckwheat.
