Individuals migrate to developed countries because they are attracted by good lifestyle that developed countries embrace.

Individuals migrate for access of more knowledge from more developed institutions.

Individuals migrate because in their home countries there is more competition of available jobs which makes most of them to remain unemployed.

Professionals also migrate because their families and relatives live abroad.

Professionals migrate to abroad because the working environment is usually friendly and favours the wellbeing of the employees and this attracts them.
