On January 13, the Cravings founder, who married John Legend in 2013, gave birth to the couple's rainbow baby, daughter Esti Maxine.
"What a blessed day," the "All of Me" singer exclaimed during a private concert that evening, as seen on social media. Legend stated at the time that he hadn't gotten "a lot of sleep" but now "feels energized" since their baby arrived.
Teigen and the Voice coach, who also have daughters Luna and Miles, previously announced their pregnancy in August 2022.
"The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. "We have another on the way," the former model wrote on Instagram in August 2022, referring to her previous fertility struggles and IVF journey."Every appointment I've said to myself, 'ok if it's healthy today I'll announce' but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I'm just too nervous still. I don't think I've ever left an appointment feeling more excited than nervous, but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful, and I'm feeling hopeful and amazing. OK, phew, it's been a long time keeping this in!"
Teigen and Legend's newest addition is a rainbow baby, born nearly three years after the Utah native miscarried her late son Jack.
"It was difficult, and I was hesitant to share it," the EGOT winner said on BBC Radio 4's "Desert Island Discs" program in August 2022. "I think Chrissy was really right in encouraging us to share it because I think it really was powerful for a lot of people. This affects far more people than anyone realizes."
Johnson, for her part, had just given birth to her first child three days before.
"Our world is forever changed," the Dancing With the Stars pro and husband Val Chmerkovskiy captioned a joint Instagram post on January 11, which included a photo of them holding their son's tiny hand.
After years of infertility struggles, the professional dancers, who married in 2019, announced in July 2022 that they were expecting a child.
"I'm prepared for it. Bring on the gore and scariness for everyone. "Let's do it," the So You Think You Can Dance alum told Us Weekly exclusively about her changing body and childbirth the following September. "There are a lot of strange and unusual things happening to my body, and [Val] just makes me feel like an absolute beauty queen."
"With everything getting bigger and changing, he just loves it," she continued at the time. And it's not even about the physical aspect; it's just knowing that we're going to have a little human who is all ours."
