Must have tools to survive in 21st Century
It is not longer a doubt that majority of people, if not everybody in the world always ask question of how they will survive owning to political, social, and economic instability facing our century. The means to survive is what people struggle for, both young and old, male or female. It is to this end that I will like to share with you, the must have tools that have kept some people going in 21st century.
To survive you need to arm yourself with the following tools:
- Skill:
you must have at least one skill. It is your skill that will stand you out to the world. You must have something to offer in order to receive. Think about which skill you can handle perfectly and try to perfect yourself in such area. They're tens of skills out there. Take up one and start learning it. The internet is too big, with your internet you have full access to acquire any skill and start making money and surviving from it. I bet you, the world will seek for you because you have something to give it.
- Information:
the next thing that should come to mind is information. You need information to know which skill is selling. Learning a skill is not just the ultimate. If you learn a skill that has fade out, you will still not make it. It is as well as not learning a skill. Take for example someone who is learning a skill on how to use typewriting machine. Such skill has minimal relevance in our contemporary. It was a hot cake then, but now, it is not longer needed as before. Information is very much important. You need it to sell your acquired skills. Learning a skill is not just the end. You need an information on how to inform people about your skill. Information should be always seek for in order to survive the 21st century.
- Gut/Mindset:
the implementation power is another essential tool one need to survive after having the best information and acquired the right skills for yourself. Is you mindset ready to execute that which know. Develop a positive and growth mindset. Take calculated risk. If you try and fail. Pick up courage and continue. Success must come your way.
- Networking:
you must build a strong network. You must not do it all a lone. They're lots of people doing the same thing you are doing. Form a network with them. Perhaps, you want to know why you should network: to keep you updated on current trends, for fast delivery of jobs, motivation, to acquire more knowledge, linkages and stand better chance to receiving jobs and achieving you goals in a short period of time. Two good heads are better than one good head.
- Hardworking / smart working:
you must be hardworking and work smart; even clever. Working from morning to night only you where you need assistance and support will always bring you down in terms of quality delivery. Don't be jack of all trade. Working smart and clever entails you knowing what to do at any given time. You should divide your labor properly. Know when to share duties and whom to share it with.
