Defecating with great force would cause death

I hope this post can save someone.

My brother passed away this morning.

He died on the toilet.

He died while straining to defecate, fainting instantly.

And last year, I almost died the same way.

We both have heart problems.

We regularly take medication, take care of ourselves, and manage our health.

But we also have the same problem: overwork.

He would push through, and so would I.

Last year, I went to the emergency room twice,

both times with the exact same symptoms:

I felt dizzy as soon as I strained to defecate.

At that moment, I knew very well that if I strained any further,

I would definitely pass out.

But I still tried.

The result:

My vision started to blur.

I started to lose hearing, even developing tinnitus.

My consciousness began to fade. At that moment, I felt like I was going to die.

Then, I made a decision:

I immediately relaxed my sphincter.

The moment I relaxed,

my consciousness slowly returned,

but at the same time, my heart started racing,

I could barely breathe.

So I made my second decision:

I stopped resisting,

I relaxed completely, and started taking deep breaths.

I pulled through.

Later, I went to the emergency room,

but they couldn't find anything.

Because I hadn't actually had a heart attack,

I was just a hair's breadth away.

But my brother wasn't.

If you see this,

please remember:

When you're defecating or doing anything that requires straining,

if you experience:

dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus, or hearing loss,

don't push, don't strain anymore.

Immediately relax and take deep breaths.

Perhaps, you also have a chance to save yourself.
