If you find yourself too stressed because of what life has thrown unto you, just do this simple activity.
Take a deep breath, stretch your arms wide and the close your eyes as you brathe out.
In every residential places you will find lots of kids. These kids can be your stress reliever. I'm referring to kids below ten years. They are more progmatic and creative wherever they are. They will always be happy and playful.
Sit somewhere and observe them as they play. Don't just look at it as child's play. The games they invent are very helpful. Their activities will trigger some hormones in your brain that will draw your mind away from the problems at hand. This will give you relaxation and cure your mental problem. But you also need to play a role here. Be positive and try to like what they do. Be ready to feel their game, their laughter and joy. Be ready to smile and laugh at what they do. Believe me, you will be fine after that...😁😀
