7 Health Benefits of Snail I woke up this morning after visiting the gardens at home, so I decided to try something new. I caught some snails and decided to prepare. The health benefits of snails can not be underestimated. Snails are a good source of proteins and have a low amount of fats. They are a good source of vitamins and minerals, which helps boost your immune system to fight off diseases and strengthens your vision and body cells. These are some health benefits of snails. 1. It builds the immune system 2. It treats and prevents diabetes and stroke as mentioned earlier. 3. It promotes oral health; it helps to improve healthy teeth and gums in both children and adults. 4. It prevents obesity, due to the low fats it contains. 5. It prevents Cardiovascular diseases like heart attack, blood pressure, etc. 6. promote child growth and brain development in children 7. It contains omega-3 fatty acid which is used in the treatment of Lupus, Eczema, and rheumatoid arthritis. In conclusion, I would love to say that snail is a good source of protein for both children and adults, it keeps the body free from sugar and reduces blood pressure.
